X CLAMP TO BE FITTED IN THIS SEQUENCE   BOLT+ SPRING LOCK WASHER, PUT THROUGH MOTHERBOARD THEN ON GOES THE NYLON WASHER THEN THE STEEL FLAT WASHER **** SCREW THE BOLTS DIRECTLY INTO THE HEATSINKS AND FULLY TIGHTEN
